Suzanne Byrd - Owner / Designer
Suzanne has a strong visual design sense and over 20 years professional design experience. She began her career in marketing and commercial graphic design and brings a marketing perspective to the business of home staging. Suzanne has a BA in Advertising from The Ohio State University and an MS Ed in Counseling from the University of Dayton. "With a background in both advertising design and psychology, I have found the perfect work! Home staging allows me to use my creativity, my aptitude for color and composition as well as my knowledge of sales, marketing and psychology. I always look through the eyes of a buyer entering the home for the first time. I am continually focused on designing an environment that will excite them and keep their enthusiasm building as they explore each area of their possible new home. I may be a designer, but I never forget that as a home stager my primary job is to help sell a product–your home."
Crystal Italiani - Designer / Project Manager
Project manager and Designer Crystal Italiani has worked with Columbus Home Staging since 2019 Crystal's keen eye for style complements her drive and determination. These traits combine to make her an excellent Staging project manager. Crystal is always sure to see projects through to their beautiful completion! When not making homes amazing for buyers, Crystal is taking care of her three children, her two dogs or possibly loading fireworks into a mortar. Crystal is also licensed Flame Effects Operator and licensed in pyrotechnics. She has done pyro musicals and fire dancing shows across the United States. Crystal enjoys sharing her artistic talents in many different forms.

Julie Byrd Frankhouser
With over 30 years commercial and residential interior design and home staging experience, Julie’s keen design skills have delighted hundreds of clients in Ohio, Indiana, Florida and beyond. Julie has also designed several award winning houses in both Columbus’ Parade of Homes and the Dayton & Miami area’s Home-A-Rama. Julie has a BA in Interior Design from Ohio University
Jody Byrd Emig
Jody is a certified home stager with over 20 years residential interior design experience working with both homeowners and builders. Over the years Jody has designed several award winning houses for a major Central Ohio builder in Columbus’ Parade of Homes. Jody is also designs a line of gorgeous handmade purses under the name Jody Byrd Designs.
She has a BA in Fashion Merchandising from the Ohio State University.
