Suzanne Byrd - Owner
Suzanne has a strong visual design
sense and over 15 years professional design
experience. She began her career in marketing
and commercial graphic design and brings a
marketing perspective to the business of home
staging.
Suzanne has a BA in Advertising from The Ohio
State University and an MS Ed in Counseling from
the University of Dayton.
“With a background in both advertising design
and psychology, I have found the perfect work!
Home staging allows me to use my creativity, my
aptitude for color and composition as well as my
knowledge of sales, marketing and psychology. I
always look through the eyes of a buyer entering
the home for the first time. I am continually
focused on designing an environment that will
excite them and keep their enthusiasm building
as they explore each area of their possible new
home. I may be a designer, but I never forget
that as a home stager my primary job is to help
sell a product–your home.”
ANGIE REDZINAK
Angie joined CHS in January of 2010 with a
background in retail, extensive experience in
child management and a keen natural talent for
decorating. In addition to being an integral
part of the home staging team, Angie has led
successful interior design projects including
commercial office spaces.
Also a very effective organizer, clients
requiring medium or extensive de-cluttering
before staging are always delighted with Angie’s
gentle, effective approach to helping with
ridding and organizing. Angie’s multiple
talents, hard work and dedication have allowed
her to be a key player in CHS’s rapid growth in
2010 & 2011.
CHRISTY ALLISON
New to CHS in 2011, Christy received her B.A. in
Interior Design from Mt. Vernon Nazarene
University in 2010. Originally from Virginia
near Washington D.C., Christy is a talented
designer and home stager. Always cheerful and
eager to help, Christy is a fresh, young, great
new addition to our company.
Julie Byrd Frankhouser
With over 25 years commercial and
residential interior design and home staging
experience, Julie’s keen design skills have
delighted hundreds of clients. Julie has also
designed several award winning houses in both
Columbus’ Parade of Homes and the Dayton & Miami
area’s Home-A-Rama.
Julie has a BA in Interior Design from Ohio
University.
Jody Byrd Emig
Jody is a certified home stager with over 20
years residential interior design experience
working with both homeowners and builders. Over
the years Jody has designed several award
winning houses for a major Central Ohio builder
in Columbus’ Parade of Homes. Jody is also a
licensed realtor in Dublin, Ohio.
She has a BA in Fashion Merchandising from the
Ohio State University.
